Dr. Ann Marie L. Peters

Dr. Ann Marie Peters is an executive coach, leadership strategist, organizational psychologist and author with more than 30 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and academic sectors. As Founder and CEO of AMP Consulting, she partners with senior leaders, boards, and mission-driven organizations to cut through complexity, sharpen strategy, and lead transformational change that drives measurable impact. Her work focuses on executive decision-making, strategic alignment, culture transformation, and leadership effectiveness.

Dr. Peters’ career reflects a rare blend of entrepreneurial drive and large-scale institutional leadership. Her ability to unite stakeholders—from business leaders to educators to elected officials—demonstrates her strength in guiding ambitious initiatives from concept to completion.

Earlier in her career, she co-founded Interview Savvy, a nationally recognized career development and training firm, where she became an industry expert in interview strategy and was featured on Chicago’s WGN News. Prior to that, Dr. Peters held senior leadership roles at HSBC.

Dr. Peters is the author of the best-selling new book We’ll Be Right Back (Highlander Press, September 2026).
