Sports Therapist / Mental Performance Coach

I'm Cortnee White, a Sports therapist (LPC), Mental Performance Coach, and owner of The Athlete Mind.

I'm a lifelong athlete who has competed at nearly every stage from youth sports and NCAA softball to fitness competitions and women's arena tackle football. Today, I have the privilege of working with athletes of all ages, including more than 500 collegiate and professional athletes from organizations such as the MLB, NBA, WNBA, NFL, CFL, MMA, and Olympic and World Championship levels.

My passion is helping athletes stop guessing about their performance and start understanding it. I believe the more an athlete understands how their mind, body, and behavior work together under pressure, the more intentionally they can train, adapt, and compete. My goal is to help athletes create greater alignment between those systems so they can perform with more clarity, consistency, and freedom.
